Discover Emirati-Inspired Villa Living at Aldar Talay
Aldar Talay is a premium villa development by Aldar Properties, located within Marsa Al Saadiyat on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi. The project's first release comprises 167 standalone villas offering 4, 5 and 6-bedroom configurations. The villas provide approximately 5,403 to 6,781 sq. ft. of gross saleable area, with 4-bedroom villas starting from around AED 13.5 million, 5-bedroom villas from AED 15.5 million and 6-bedroom villas from AED 17.2 million. Each residence is designed as a two-storey home with a roof terrace, private backyard and contemporary architectural character, creating spacious living environments within a low-density gated community.
A Waterfront Setting Within Marsa Al Saadiyat
Located within Marsa Al Saadiyat, Talay forms part of Aldar's wider waterfront destination on Saadiyat Island. The community is positioned close to the beach, with a planned marina, waterfront promenade and retail facilities forming part of the broader destination. The project is also close to the Saadiyat Cultural District, Louvre Abu Dhabi and NYU Abu Dhabi, while a planned school and nursery are within walking distance, and a future Etihad Rail station is planned within the wider development.
Villas Inspired by Emirati Architectural Traditions
The design of Aldar Talay draws inspiration from Emirati architectural traditions while incorporating contemporary residential planning. The community features an outdoor majlis pavilion, an Aflaj-inspired water feature and Areesh screens reinterpreted by Emirati designer Abdalla Almulla, giving Talay a distinctive cultural identity rarely found in Abu Dhabi's newer villa communities.
