Everly Place by Ellington Lagoon Living in the Heart of MBR City
Everly Place is Ellington Properties' newest waterfront address, set directly beside the crystal lagoon in Mohammed Bin Rashid City. This boutique collection of 209 design-led homes offers one to three-bedroom layouts with handover expected in Q2 2030. It is built for buyers who value calm, craftsmanship, and a genuine connection to nature.
Why Everly Place Stands Apart in Dubai
Ellington Properties, founded in 2014, has earned its reputation as Dubai's leading design-led developer, and this project reflects that identity in every line. Rather than another anonymous tower, Everly Place delivers an intimate, human-scale community shaped around water and greenery. Its position within Meydan Horizon places it against MBR City's signature turquoise lagoons, part of more than seven kilometres of shimmering waterways woven through a master plan spanning over 45 million square feet. The architecture flows naturally between indoor and outdoor space, drawing the lagoon-side atmosphere inside and creating homes that feel unhurried, balanced, and quietly premium rather than loud or over-engineered.
Apartment Types and Amenities That Shape Daily Life
The residence keeps its collection deliberately limited, which protects both exclusivity and build quality. Buyers can choose from one and two-bedroom apartments alongside one to three-bedroom homes with a dedicated study, a layout ideally suited to professionals wanting a proper workspace without sacrificing living area. Interiors take their cues from the surrounding landscape, using natural tones and open, light-filled plans. The amenity offering is genuinely resort-calibre: a fitness studio, sauna with a chromatherapy shower experience, a bowling alley, a club lounge overlooking the lagoon, outdoor barbecue areas, sunken seating with cabanas and sun loungers, outdoor table tennis, and both indoor and outdoor children's play zones. A welcoming lobby reception sets the tone from arrival.

MBR City Connectivity Everly Place Keeps Dubai Close
Location is one of the project's strongest arguments. From this address, Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary is roughly ten minutes away, the Meydan Grandstand around eleven, and Dubai Design District about thirteen. Business Bay and Dubai International Airport each sit near fifteen minutes, while Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are close to sixteen, with DIFC around eighteen. The development also integrates five dedicated retail spaces, so daily errands stay effortless, and nearby Meydan One Mall adds to the everyday convenience surrounding the community.
