The Story Behind John Richmond District in Al Furjan
MIRA Developments paired an architect with a fashion house rather than a typical design consultant, and the result reads differently from a standard branded tower. This address translates a London born design language into six connected buildings rather than a single block.
A Design Language Borrowed From Fashion, Not Furniture
Architect Marco Casamonti worked directly with the John Richmond fashion house to shape the district's facades and shared spaces, rather than simply licensing a name for the marketing material. That collaboration shows up in details that favour a fashion led sense of proportion and texture over the usual glass box finish most branded towers settle for. Five residential towers and one office tower share a single podium, so residential life and daytime work sit within one composition instead of two separate developments placed side by side. The district sits next to Discovery Gardens Metro Station, keeping that architectural statement within easy reach of the rest of Dubai.
Homes Inside John Richmond District
MIRA Developments built the residential collection around studio, one and two bedroom apartments, each finished and furnished to match the wider fashion led identity of the district. Prices start from around AED 890000 for the smallest studio, with one and two bedroom homes priced upward from that entry point as layout and floor improve. MIRA Developments carried the same branded design language across every unit type, so a studio buyer gets the same fashion driven finish as someone in a larger two bedroom layout. Buyers comparing units should check exact tower and floor, since orientation shifts both the outlook and the price across this six building masterplan.

Life Around the Shared Podium
Wellness facilities sit inside the podium level, giving residents a fitness and recovery option without stepping outside the district. Leisure spaces cover the more social side of daily life, while retail counters connect all six buildings so residents and office workers share the same ground level amenities rather than separate ones. That shared podium model means someone living in one tower can reach wellness or retail facilities built for the whole district, not just their own building. The office tower brings a daytime population into the same podium, giving retail and leisure spaces footfall well beyond evenings and weekends alone.
