The project pairs two sculptural towers, one reaching 243 metres over 59 floors with 394 homes, the other rising 232 metres over 56 floors with 360 homes. Both structures sit at an angle to each other so neither blocks the other's skyline outlook, meaning most residences get open views rather than a wall of glass across the street. Unit sizes stretch from an 861-square-foot one-bedroom to a 6,369-square-foot four-bedroom layout, several of which include double-height ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glazing. A cantilevered entrance shelters arrivals at ground level, and open floor plates free of internal columns let natural light travel further into each home. Interiors are finished with curated materials chosen to hold up against Dubai's climate over the long term.
