What Sets Tara Park Apart on Reem Island
Modon Holding placed this development where landscaped podiums meet open water rather than another block of apartments facing a car park. This address sits on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi, offering one to three bedroom apartments built around daily life outdoors as much as indoors.
Life Within Reem Island's Waterfront Podiums
Raised podium levels lift the community away from street noise, giving residents landscaped gardens and walkways instead of a bare ground floor entrance. Water views reach several of the upper units directly, while lower floors still benefit from the greenery planted across the podium itself. Reem Island already holds a mix of homes, offices and retail nearby, so daily errands rarely require a long drive off the island. That setting gives the address a settled, grown-in feel rather than the raw construction zone typical of a brand new district. Abu Dhabi's wider road network connects the island to the rest of the capital within a short drive, keeping the calmer pace here from feeling cut off.
Homes Inside This Reem Island Address
Layouts run from one bedroom apartments near 872 to 1,108 square feet through larger two and three bedroom homes designed for households that need a spare room or a proper dining area. Modon Holding priced entry apartments from around AED 1.64 million, with three bedroom units reaching toward AED 3.6 million depending on floor and outlook. Balconies throughout were sized generously rather than added as an afterthought, giving even the smaller layouts genuine outdoor space to use daily. Modon Holding also finished interiors with a neutral palette meant to suit a range of furniture styles rather than locking buyers into one look. Every layout was planned so a household actually spreads out comfortably, not just so a floor plan looks efficient on paper.

Everyday Amenities at Tara Park
A dedicated swimming pool and gym cover the fitness side of daily routine without residents needing to join an outside club. Sports courts add space for a casual game after work, while shared social areas give neighbours somewhere to gather that isn't a corridor or a car park. Retail and dining sit close enough to reach on foot for anyone who prefers not to drive for a coffee or a quick errand. None of these spaces were treated as an afterthought squeezed into leftover land, and each one was placed with actual daily use in mind rather than a single photograph for a brochure.
